Great location, close to beach. It is a ways from other places as on plantation, so do recommend having a car.

Weekend wedding

In town for a wedding at Amelia Island Club and location was close. Walked to the beach each day and found some cute shops within the complex. Would stay again.

Great location

Property was as described. Great location. Close to beach. Also convenient to restaurants and locations in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely stay again.

This property was VERY clean!! It had everything we needed for stay! Including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. I will definitely be back to stay again!!

Well stocked unit with cable. Lots of space and well maintained. Walk to the beach may be farther than some would prefer, but beach access is very nice and only a short walk to the Omni hotel pool.

The unit was pet friendly and all was good with that!It was January, so we did not use the pool as it was not heated!My only real complaint is the couch needs replaced. No support is left in it!Communications with the Moore Mgmt could not have been any better!

Much Needed Rest and Beach Time

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is beautiful with all of the trees. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and our adult kiddos loved the frozen yogurt place right up the road. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk and we enjoyed it as much as the weather would allow. I will admit that the king sized bed was a bit hard for us but It being clean was far more important. They must have a great pest control company because big black ants kept coming in but they didn’t live long. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay again in the future.

We will book again!

Our condo/villa was loaded with everything we needed. Beach towels, cooking supplies, bathroom towels and a laundry room. Ours had cable and wifi. I love cooking a big breakfast to start our beach day and all the tools we needed were there. There is a local Aldi, Walmart, Target and Grocery Store down the road so all the supplies you need for the week are there. I'm an over packer and will not over pack next year. Just a fantastic place. Beach access. It's a walk but if your not by the beach path then there is a parking lot you can drive up to. Parents, bring a wagon! We will book again!

Unit needs attention

We were generally pleased with the unit, but would have appreciated a map or related info on the resort, available restaurants, etc. The sliding door needs attention. One of the two floor fans does not work properly. Some of the lights would flicker, even after replacing bulbs. Bed sheets were thin and not “hotel guality”. Minor irritations , but we expected better. On the positive, the property manager was very responsive when the coffee maker suddenly quit working. Not a five star rating, but we enjoyed ourselves.

The place was clean and comfortable. Pleanty of towels, beach & bath. Nice to have beach equipment. FYI - two smaller clamp-on-the-chair umbrellas do not function and one of the larger umbrellas does not function. Also, FYI, I thought there was scant toilet paper for the week-long visit. And, liquid dish soap was almost empty. I left similar comments on the card in the condo. Thank you. N/A

Great long weekend

The condo was great for our long weekend at Amelia. It is a short walk to the beach and pool. There were lots of chairs and umbrellas to use. We had a wonderful time!!

Easy; We loved it there. My wife wants to buy a house in the resort Great experience with the Moore Team. Simple and easy with good communication regarding property entry, things to do, area restaurants. etc. We plan to return to this unit and a bigger one if opportunity arises.
