  • We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Amelia Island & a short 2 block walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Amelia Landings has a community pool, tennis courts & a private walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is one level with 5 steps up to the doorway. Queen bed in master (new mattress in 2021) and 2 twin beds in bedroom 2. Excellent golfing, fishing & shopping. Ten minutes from our Historic district, 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Great weather year round, however we do have a handful of frosty mornings during Jan/Feb. Average temperature 65 degrees during winter months.

    Everything about the condo and the location were excellent. The owner Jackie was so accommodating and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely stay again!

    The condo was perfect. The screened porch was so peaceful. We saw owls, squirrels, and woodpeckers!I was concerned about the walk to the beach was a lot too far for some family members but we found out we could park close to the beach.

    Love this community. It is quiet, convenient to beach, central to all parts of the island. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The owner was available for any questions or concerns. This was our third year here and we will be returning!

    We enjoyed our stay here so much. This is a lovely condo. The host was very sweet and informative with everything. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

    The place was cute, clean & well appointed. The kitchen & coffee bar are fully stocked (bring your own half & half). Jackie the host was fantastic & answered all my questions promptly & with an upbeat attitude. Parking right out front. I never could find the trash bin "behind the building" so I took my trash home with me. I walked to fun restaurants & bars with ease.

    The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. But, what really set this property apart from others was how well stocked it was for the guests. The owner was thoughtful and intentional about making sure that she considered and met the needs of the guests. We had a wonderful stay!
