Fabulous condo

Newly renovated, immaculately clean condo in a great location! Lovely pool and easy beach access. Beautiful area with access to activities and dining. Comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen for meal prep. Hope to stay here again when in the Jacksonville area!

Perfect Get- Away

My wife and I were looking for the perfect Spring Break get-away and found it at the Amelia Island Omni Resort. So many convenient amenities at a place where you can walk out the door onto a beautiful uncrowded beach. We’re definitely going back!

Amazing Shipwatch Condo!

Can’t wait to come back! Super clean condo, tastefully decorated with a recent high quality renovation. Steps to the pool and beach make this condo the perfect, relaxing mom/daughter getaway. Property management made us feel welcome before and during our stay. Grateful to the owners for sharing this gem!

Amelia Island perfect

Our first trip to this most beautiful place ! I could not have picked a more perfect place to stay . The Shipwatch Villas are beautiful and could not be better . The location is amazing ! The Omni Resort property is spectacular. Highly recommend!

Great property, great location!!

If you love Amelia Island, then you’ll love this unit! Spotless and comfortable property within the Omni Resort boundaries. Great access to beach & hiking trails. Would definitely recommend to small group!!

The Car show visit stay at The Plantations Shipyard Amelia Island

Thios property is updated and looks like a decorator was hired to choose the pictures on the wall ( nicely framed and not Hobby Lobby) a Lot of nice touches, and the furniture was transitional and up to date colors. It had a view of teh parking lot which is OK for the price and the beach is a short walk away. The pool is a heated pool for the early spring, beach is clean and fantastic. Good for (2) people for a vacation or a getaway.

Condo nice for two people. Unit access in Building and getting to swimming pool area and beach not suitable for someone partially disabled. Location was great for visiting local residents, which was purpose of trip.

Perfect getaway

The condo is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Steps to a beautiful beach - with barely anyone around on it! The Omni shuttle was available to bring us back and forth to bars and restaurants. We will 100% be back.

Little gem

Shipwatch is a great condo property. Clean, nice view, easy beach access. The condo is good for a couple or single. It has no balcony, but steps to the properties pool and nice outside space. Bathroom is small but ok. A bar at the end on wall would be helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and great.

Honeymoon Trip

The condo appeared as advertised, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was just the right size for our honeymoon! The batteries were dead in the TV remote, but the manager sent someone out right away with replacements! Great customer service! The property was lovely and well kept-we were able to enjoy the pool in early October as well.

April Vacation

The property was very clean and organized. The pool and beach were close by which was awesome. Just an FYI, the condo did have a musty/mildew type smell. It would have also been nice to have upgraded beach chairs and an umbrella. Other than those few things we would definitely come back. Regards, Marianne

Great for a short trip

The condo was nice and clean. If you’re looking for a balcony or ocean view, skip this condo. We were ok with that on this short trip. My only complaint is that the mattress in the sleeper sofa was disgusting. It smelled bad and was extremely lumpy/warped so we just closed it right back up. So, if you’re counting the sleeper sofa as a place for someone to sleep, you’ll be very disappointed. It is not close to adequate for someone to sleep on. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip.

Love Amelia Island.

I have to say this is a very beautiful property inside and out. The location is a bit south of the main town, but worth it. Even for a 4th of July holiday weekend it was extremely quiet. Only two things I would recommend for the owner. 1. Purchase a parking slot for the Apt if you can, parking in the street sucks. 2. Since we are not allowed to lower the temp of the AC below 72 and there are no ceiling fans, 72 still feels extremely hot at night with no air flow. Providing a fan or two would be helpful.

Do we have to leave?

Fabulous location! Easy walk to the beach. Once inside the area navigation is easy. Nice and quiet. Beautiful backyard view of the golf course.
