The house was very nice. The communication with the team was great. We booked this one over others because of the hot tub and the game room as we had kids with us and adults that needed a relaxing weekend. The hot tub heating element broke earlier in the week. They fixed it before we got there. They said it would be ok to use the next day. We took the cover off and its competely green. The game room. Dart board had no tips for the darts, the basketball hoop was broke, and pucks for the air hockey table were so light they kept flying off the table without even hitting it hard. The cleaners were very nice, although nothing was clean when we got there. Trash was still in the garbage throughout the house, none of the beds were made or cleaned, and floor was not swept. I called the listing number and they contacted the cleaners to come out. They made it there between 730-800 that night. The company offered 150 dollars to buy 8 people dinner in order for us to leave while they cleaned. Most of us had already had a couple beverages and wouldn't drive. We then had to sit outside on the deck for over 2 hours while getting tons of mosquito bites and battling bugs for two hours. It was very unpleasant. The house in general was very nice. Then the air on the main floor was terrible. At one point on saturday it was 82 degrees in the house. It only went to the desired temperature the morning we were leaving. Lake view was nice, dock was nice, but overall very unpleasant.
