The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in Jacks Point, south of Queenstown. The living areas look out to view of the Remarkables.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with the bathroom located between them.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower and laundry facilities.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and modern furnishings.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave.

Balcony: There is one small balcony with views over the local golf course.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Enjoy complete access to our spacious 2-bedroom unit. Please note, the apartment is located above a commercial establishment on the ground floor.

For your convenience, entry is provided via a separate shared door at street level. Simply ascend a short flight of stairs, and you'll find the private entrance on the left.

The neighbourhood surrounding this property is a serene and picturesque area, blending modern living with natural beauty. The neighbourhood is surrounded by open green spaces, ideal for outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, skiing/snowboarding & nearby walking trails. With this minimalistic aesthetic, it is built for your comfort and style. Nature is never far away and enhances the peaceful ambiance of the neighbourhood.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External shared stairs only.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (133 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
