"This was our second stay at Fowlescombe Farm and it only reinforced our view that it is one of the most special places to stay in the UK. This time we stayed in the Pond Suite, which was every bit as beautifully designed and comfortable as our previous accommodation, with lovely views across the surrounding countryside. It felt like an institution - a key card to get through a barred gate, then again to enter the building, once more to enter the floor and finally a fourth time to enter the room.
