"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. ""Great for a female solo traveller I took myself off to Devon for a well needed solo break." The Loft was cosy and clean. I felt very safe there, the location is brilliant for other beauty spots like Salcombe and Totnes. Lukesland Gardens is worth a visit too. The loft itself has lovely skylights that you can see so many stars from on a clear night. "The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

" Las fotos publicadas no reflejan la realidad del hotel. El edificio es muy antiguo y está visiblemente descuidado, sin mantenimiento alguno. El personal de recepción fue poco servicial y proporcionó información incorrecta. La habitación que nos asignaron era terrible, muy diferente a lo que muestran en las imágenes. Curiosamente, vimos otra con la puerta abierta que parecía estar en mejores condiciones. Al leer opiniones de otros huéspedes, descubrimos que es común que asignen primero las peores habitaciones, y que si uno pide un cambio, a veces le dan una mejor. En nuestro caso, hacía muchísimo calor y la ventana apenas se podía abrir. Además, daba directamente al parking, por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado fácilmente. La puerta de la habitación no tenía cerrojo interior, lo que nos hizo sentir inseguros durante la noche. El baño estaba muy deteriorado, al igual que todo en la habitación: viejo, descuidado y sin mantenimiento. Nos aliviamos al saber que solo pasaríamos una noche allí. Aunque teníamos el desayuno incluido, decidimos no tomarlo. La experiencia fue francamente horrible. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia. Nos dejamos llevar por las fotos del edificio y de algunas habitaciones que parecían prometedoras, creyendo que sería uno de los mejores hoteles del viaje. Lamentablemente, fue el peor. Aunque dicen que está en el centro, no había nada abierto cerca para cenar. En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa."
