El hotel en condiciones deplorables . Los muebles descuidados. Sin ningún mantenimiento . No tiene personal que atienda ni siquiera una llamada .no tienen toallas . En una suite las sillas rotas . Con una toalla mediana para dos personas . No entiendo cómo es parte de Marriot Bonvoy . NO LO RECOMIENDO . No me pude cambiar de hotel porque nunca respondieron de recepción y no había forma de reembolsar . Pague la totalidad

Dear Patricia, Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your stay. Firstly, we would like to let you know that we are so sad that your stay was not up to your expectations. We wish you would have told us about the issues you mentioned while you were communicating with our Front Office and our guest relations, we could have sorted them out within minutes. As we investigated the points, we couldn't find any broken chair in the room you have stayed in and we wish you showed us which one of them was broken. We talked to our front office staff and they mentioned on the day you checked out you mentioned that you would like to happily return to stay with us again, and now we are sad to read your comment. The only thing that we would like to mention, you asked for the Marriott Points which we were unable to provide due to the Marriott policy as you made the reservation through an online channel except for Marriott itself or our hotel’s website. We would love to have you again here and look forward to it.Best wishes,The Bank Team

Pésimo trato. Tuvimos que irnos dos noches antes a causa del cierre del cierre del aeropuerto de Estambul, confirmado en recepción, por causa del coronavirus y no han tenido la decencia de reintegrarnos ni siquiera una de las noches que no pudimos disfrutar, por una causa ajena a nosotras y de fuerza mayor y a pesar de haberlo solicitado el día de nuestra partida, al día siguiente por email, otro posterior recordatorio 2 semanas más tarde por mail y recibiendo la respuesta negativa casi un mes después.

Great hotel, really well located, really nice view Emre, Rey, Mehmed, etc.. all really helpful staff and I’ll be back for sure. The room was really comfortable, great detail to include a welcome gift. The location is really good just 5 minutes to the tunel, tram and metro and Gálata bridge

Tiene una situación inmejorable en la ciudad, tanto para visitar la parte monumental como para disfrutar de la animada vida comercial y social. El hotel está reformado con gusto exquisito, las habitaciones tienen todas las comodidades, RL desayuno es muy bueno y eL personal muy amable y con muy buen nivel de inglés.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es un hotel muy bonito. El restaurante tiene una vista espectacular y la comida es deliciosa. Recibimos la habitacion 115 con la novedad q el aire acondicionado no servia, pague por una deluxe king room, avise por telefono varias veces finalmente llego alguien de mantenimiento que no pudo hacer nada, hacia las 9 pm baje a la recepcion esperando un cambio de habitacion puez la temperatura en la habitacion lkegaba a los 30 celcius, el tipo del front desk me indico que el personalmente subia a revisar, aun lo estamos esperando. Al siguiente dia informe nuevamente y finalmente nos cambiaron de habitacion a una mas pequena, la diferencia del precio es alrededor de 40 dolares, pero a l hacer check outno recibi ningun refound de diferencia tarifaria.

Hemos pasado 4 días estupendos en este hotel, muy bien situado, la habitación espectacular. El desayuno delicioso. Además cuenta con una terraza en la azotea chulisima para poder tomar algo teniendo vistas de todas las mezquitas. Lo recomendamos 100%.

This is an outstanding property! It’s in a great part of Istanbul for exploring, the roof top bar is brilliant, but the best thing is the staff who are incredibly welcoming and really made our visit special!

When I arrived I hated the small, ground floor, windowless room I was given but I complained and was given a nore spacious room the room was more than adequate for my needs. Front desk staff very helpful. It would have been nice to be able to take your own coffee and juice at breakfast but had to get your food and eat hslf of it before someone briught beverages. The room itself was nice.

Fantastic
One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Near the Galata tower and can’t say enough about the location. I’ll definitely stay here again And highly recommend it. Don’t miss the Galataport which is walking distance, Namli for food and Kosgeroglu For Baklava
