Great unit with a fantastic view. Four bedrooms gave the whole family space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and dinners in. Pool area was great. Closest grocery was a fairly short drive, so pretty accessible.

Very clean property, and the kitchen was especially well equipped. The unit is showing a bit of age but it was nothing that would keep us from returning. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom.

We had a blast on our trip to Wild Dunes and our rental made our experience even better. Well furnished, comfortable, excellent location just steps from the ocean.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, great pool and close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials and the beds were terrifically comfortable. We would stay again a heartbeat. Thanks!

I can't say enough about this perfect condo! So much room and so comfortable! All the comforts of home...the kitchen lacked for nothing! The pictures don't show the beautifully updated master bath...I came home with some new decorating ideas that my husband wasn't too fond of. Great location and view! I would suggest making sure you have enough pharmacy items as the island doesn't have a CVS or Walgreens!! Spent a few days in Charleston which is a short drive...beautiful city! Don't miss The Saltwater Cowboy...so much fun and good southern food. See y'all next year!

2022 Family vacation was excellent (minus Hurricane Ian) in this well equipped & beautiful condo. We had a small issue with the AC unit & it was correct quickly with zero inconvenience.

Our family meets in the east every summer for some much needed beach time. (Which is 3 years overdue!!) This is our second time to Wild Dunes and first for this property. LOVED the location and space in this great condo. Every teen had their own space and we were even able to accomodate some additional family. Wild Dunes had great beaches and the proximity of this condo to the beach made this trip exceptional. We were able to make quick trips to the beach and back without issues. Loved the kitchen where I was able to whip up meals in no time to feed the clan. Great space, nice back deck where we could take in the evening light shows (heat lightning over the ocean, incredible sight!) Great stay and so easy.

We really enjoyed the condo. It had so much space - 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus an extra pull out sofa in the Master. The kitchen was nice and big, and we really enjoyed having two eating areas - the dining room and the kitchen. We also took advantage of the balcony, with beautiful views of the beach. Great condo. We'll definitely be back!

Great view of the beach. Peaceful setting. The furniture fabric and bedding needs to be freshened up or updated. The couch was a little uncomfortable. Overall the experience was good though!

The condo has a perfect location to enjoy the beach and yet also close to all Charleston has to offer. The layout was perfect for four friends to have a private bedroom and bath, with spacious living, dining and huge kitchen to share. The condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were ample bath linens and comfy beds. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and very well appointed condo with plenty of room. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Best well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. More than enough sleeping room for our family of 8. Very comfortable beds. Was ready at 4 as promised on a very busy weekend. Plenty of starter supplies. Only thing missing was only 2 hairdryers but we 5 females shared and wasn’t a real issue. Wonderful place!

Great property easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Loved sitting in the deck overlooking the ocean with a great breeze. Loved the short walk to the beach or pool. We rented lounge chairs and umbrellas that were set up on the beach every day so we didn’t need to carry much with us to the beach. Our dyer wasn’t working properly but maintenance came and cleaned out the vent and it worked great after that. We also had an issue with our internet and the maintenance man determined the router was bad so he brought us a new router the following day.

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House 402 so much. 4 bedrooms and each having its own bath was very nice. The property is very clean, a great location, beaches not crowded and a beautiful view! Couldn’t ask for more.

Loved this property on the beach, beautifully decorated and great for our adult children who needed their own space. views are so peaceful. Quiet place , good cooking untensils and fun dishes, nice books and games to peruse, get some bikes and ride around, did USS yorktown and dining (outdoors) in charleston. Tried to use gym facilities but unmasked guests using equipment put an end to that. Wild dunes needs to enforce mask wearing in indoor public spaces. This is no reflection on this property which I highly recommend.
