Amazing view, clean and comfortable.

Best VRBO experience we’ve had. The view is amazing out of the living room and master bedroom. The listing does not advertise that well. It is great. The 2 other bedrooms do not have a view. For a 2 night stay, there were plentiful supplies including towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. There was even a welcome package with a cute hat.

Excellent condo

Beautifully decorated, very clean, close to the wonderful pool, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Walk to the beach was difficult with a wagon because of the stairs. Still 5 stars!

What a Great Week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The condo was clean with updated features. The grounds and pool were spotless. The evenings were quiet. The beach was not crowded. It was a great place to relax and enjoy time with our families. There were many places to eat within 30 minutes. Since Charleston is not far away, so a drive to visit or eat downtown is a breeze. I would love to visit again.

Beautiful Shipwatch Villa!

This is a beautiful updated villa with great views of the pool and ocean. Very comfortable and close(about a mile) to the Grand Pavilion and boardwalk area but this area is generally for Wild Dunes hotel guests only, so you may not be able to access depending on the time of year. Isle of Palms has great dining options with Charleston only about 30 minutes away. They do only allow 2 parking spots per villa which was an issue for us so be prepared because this rule is strictly enforced. They also require you to show bracelet fobs for entry into the pool area. The pool closed very early too, so no evening access was disappointing. I found that unusual since most pools are open until 10 pm. Overall a great vacation villa, just be prepared for a few annoying resort rules.

Exceeded expectations

Great property with nice pool, easy beach access and great location. Spent 4 weeks in this Condo which is nicer than photos show. View of the ocean and beach in March was lovely. Overall very happy. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Condo exceeded expectations. Everything was nicely updated and well-stocked. Better in person than pictures. Check in was smooth with excellent communication. Other reviewers state that the view of the ocean is blocked but we completely disagree. There are trees but the view is still beautiful and not completely blocked. We went at a slow time of year, January. It was quiet. Not sure how it would feel during the busy season, considering you are right above the pool area. Still highly recommend and would easily consider staying here again.

A couple of things could use tweaking

The toilet seats in 208B in Shipwatch are ridiculous. They are way too small for the toilet rim and it was uncomfortable and even unsanitary to sit on them. The other thing was that the furniture is horribly uncomfortable. All four of us felt the same way. Other than that the condo and Wild Dunes area was great!

Great place. Great location

Loved this condo. Beautiful place with a pool view. The ocean view is a little oversold as it’s blocked by trees, but it is indeed, facing the ocean. Only negatives of the condo is that the ATT TV is terrible (use the Roku). The pool is fantastic. Plenty of chairs available because they limit the capacity. Covered parking is great. The exterior facade is dated (think Brady Bunch), but the place itself and the grounds are well maintained.

Great Property

We travel regularly with good friend and have often rented a property thru VRBO. This location for us was perfect Golf close by, beautiful beaches to walk and good restaurants close by. The property itself was equiped better than most we have ever rented. Clean, comfortable beds, decent cookware, well stocked glass, silverware, and china. "Ocean View" was mostly blocked by palm trees, but not a huge deal. Great location, property well maintained ouside as well.

Excellent, updated, clean condo in great resort

Enjoyed our stay in this condo in Wild Dunes. Pool and beach access were awesome!! Updated condo, nicely decorated and having 3 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms was awesome!! Very clean and no issues during our stay. The beach gear credit we used for beach chairs and bikes was a great bonus!!

Tidy, convenient and comfortable condo

This condo was great for our young families. It is super convenient to the pool. Sleeping arrangements were ideal for our 2 families since there are 2 king bedrooms and a room with 2 full beds.

Perfect place for week long vacation
