"This was our first time at Isle of Palms and we love the convenience of this condo. It was walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants in Isle of Palms. The private pier was nice, and the beach access was convenient as well. We do plan on returning to Isle of Palms And would likely choose this condo again, if it is available. "

"I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. "Excellent location. Very safe feel to the whole property. Loved how close it was to the beach. Felt very comfortable letting kids run and play. Very roomy for a family of seven. Loved that all rooms had their own bathroom with two of three bedrooms opening to the balcony overlooking the ocean. Only thing that could make it better is if the pool was heated and they added a hot tub somewhere on the property. But we would definitely stay again. LOVE LOVE LOVE the location"

"We really enjoyed this location. The description aptly describes the interior. Cool tile floors and interesting architecture. Very short walk to private beach. Growing up as a beach kid, the 70's vibe was super fun. Be advised that this is the bottom level of am occupied house. Outdoor sitting area could use a little attention, but that didn't affect the fun. Thanks for the stay!"

"My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! "

"The property manager was very quick to respond to issues that arose during our stay. The house is comfortable and ample in space. There were plenty of beach toys on the first floor. "Our family typically rents a house on IOP for a week but this year only two of us were going. We searched for a while and found this space. It was perfect for two people. Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, and quiet. Was worried we’d have loud neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing I would caution folks on, is that we had large suitcases that wouldn’t fit in the small closets so we had to sit them on the bunk beds that we weren’t utilizing.
