With a great location close to everything, recent updates, fantastic community amenities (pool and fishing pier!), and ocean views, you can't go wrong staying at the Sea Cabin Condominiums!

Things to know prior to booking your stay: • The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. • Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. • All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! • Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. • Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay! • Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass. • The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. • No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. • No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. • This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Step into the entry way of this amazing condo and you'll find an entry hallway with two built-in bunk beds, including curtains to close off the beds and a door to close off the area, giving this space some extra privacy. It's a great place for the kids to claim as their own! Continue down the hallway to find the full bathroom, which offers a convenient shower-tub combo.
After the hallway ends, you'll find yourself in the open concept living and kitchen area, with gorgeous, updated flooring and granite countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to make anything you can dream up, from a light picnic lunch to a hearty homemade dinner—and the brand-new fridge is great for storing snacks and leftovers from delicious local restaurants. The kitchen includes everything you need in a compact space, including a coffee maker! You can also find four seats along the counter, giving you a great spot to grab a quick bite and enjoy meals.
The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, including a plush sleeper sofa to give you additional sleeping space. A leather chair and ottoman give you the perfect reading spot by the sliding doors that lead out to the balcony, or you can kick back inside and watch your favorite channels on the large flat-screen TV with cable. The home also offers free Wi-Fi!
Out on the balcony past the Jeldwin sliding glass door, you'll be treated to views of the Atlantic in the not-so-far-distance, just outside your door! Outdoor seating offers chairs and a small table—a great place to kick back with a glass of your favorite beverage around sunset, or a nutritious breakfast with an ocean view.
Inside, you'll find the bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed and covered in a Tommy Bahama mangrove comforter. The room has a cozy feel, equipped with a ceiling fan for maximum comfort, and also offers a flat-screen TV. This condo has all you need for a blissful escape to the beach!
The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. The complex has a very large pool and a kiddie pool. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), AND BATH TOWELS (6) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! Tried calling their number, but got VM, which they did not get.The location and partial view are nice, saved it from a 1 star. Overall one of the most outdated stays ever. Management company (Carroll Realty) gets a 1 star for communication and professionalism. They did call me a week later.

Great view and location
Close to everything. Good property with ideal parking with beachfront views. Good bars, cappuccino café and restaurants in walking distance. 20-30 minute drive to Charleston, which makes it easy to enjoy both historic places, and downtown restaurants.

Needs updating and a deep clean, but great location!
We loved the location of our condo. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and an evening beer and the view was great! The condo definitely needs updating and it wasn't super clean. Everything is just kind of dingy and needs a good deep clean. In the drawer of the kitchen area, there was an artificial nail. One of the spoons in the drawer was still dirty (caked on peanut butter or something). The glass top of the coffee table was not secure and kept sliding around. I would be worried if there were little kids around.
Overall, it was a decent place to dump your stuff while you spend the day at the beach/pool or after spending the day exploring Charleston.

Cute little place
the only reason I gave it a 4 on a couple places was the floors were not as clean as expected but I notified the owner as this is hired out. Pictures made it look a little bigger then actually was but its nice. Couch has seen better days and so has the bed. I would probably get rid of big furniture and replace with smaller to help make it more roomy but overall it's great and the location is great and property owner easy to work with.

Perfect place to stay!
Wonderful little condo by the beach. Beautiful view and very easy access to and from the beach. My sister and I stayed here for a weekend and felt very safe and loved the vibes. Highly recommend!

Great location but small.
The location was great. Great views and close to the beach. The condo says sleeps 6. We had 4 and it was very tight. If we needed the pull out couch we wouldn't have had anywhere to move. Too much furniture in such a small place (glass coffee table was in the way of walking). Also a little dated. Over all had a great time there.

Great location!
The location of the condo was the perfect proximity to the beach, pool, GREAT food and shopping. The space is small for 6 people and the condo as a whole could use some updating. Most notably, the sleeper sofa was less comfortable than most. The cleanliness was subpar in the individual condo. The pool was refreshing and well kept. Overall, it was a good place to stay. You truly can’t beat the location!
