"Beautiful and quiet country property. The barndominium was gorgeous! Uniquely beautiful & artistically decorated throughout. The kitchen was large, functional and very unique with pebbled backsplash and driftwood pot hangers. As was the bathroom. Beautiful pebble shower walls, floor and backsplash. Very comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Very comfortable livingroom with cozy woodstove. The deck overlooking the meadow was a beautiful spot to start and end the day. "

"Clean welcoming home, greeted by owner and was made to feel very at home. In very calm peaceful setting overlooking the whole bay and mountains. The only noise was the early morning birds singing.. Walks along the beach in the mornings with deer passing by were a plus or just sitting on the deck to watch the sunrise."

"Jason was a great host, very responsive when replying to any questions we had and the electronic "brochure" he has created is a great idea.The property is fantastic, with lots of space and fantastic views across the Strait of Georgia - unfortunately we didn't spot any whales from the deck, but there were bald eagles, sea lions and seals which compensated somewhat!The property is very private and well furnished and we would have no hesitation in recommending it."

"We were blown away when we entered this property! This home was beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with our stay! From the tiny gnomes in the garden, the baby bunnies, the marvelous deck, the complete fenced yard, all the treasures from the beach, to the home itself was an incredible and an absolute beautiful dream! I am very grateful for our time here! And so happy I could bring along Isabelle! She really enjoyed the deck and porch! Thank you Dena and Karl for sharing your home...

"The place is very clean, and the outdoor setup is fantastic, featuring a covered area with a BBQ and a stunning view of the Campbell River estuary and Quadra Island. A true haven of peace.Carole Anne was very responsive, and her husband even gave us fishing tips. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches—a bottle of wine, coffee, milk, butter, and chips."
