"This coach House is superbly equiped with comfortable furniture and kitchen utensils. Situated a block from Beacon Hill Park, the location couldn't be better for access to downtown and the ocean. Our only complaint was the monitoring of the electric meter for heat. The month we stayed here, May, was particularly cold and not a lot of light enters the coach house. Our contract stated that we were only allowed to consume 70.00 of electricity a month. We asked for a meter reading at the beginning...

"The owners are lovely. I stayed for about 4 months, they were quiet but also attentive. For those looking for a short stay or longer, I highly recommend! If I come back to Victoria, I would definitely be staying here again. :)"

"really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful."
