"Overall, this is just an ok place to stay to lay your head. Stayed late May for a family member's wedding. I had read the reviews about the hot water and the reply that they were making improvements to the boiler, so we chanced that the improvements were complete. "The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. "
