In total, there are four rental units on the property. Each unit is entirely private and reserved exclusively for your use. However, the outdoor spaces and the expansive 40 acres are shared among all guests. Plenty of parking is available, including ample space for trailers if you're bringing snowmobiles, ATVs, or boats. Enjoy the convenience and freedom to explore this expansive and versatile property!
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoke will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. You are welcome to smoke outside.

Island Pond Getaway
This property was truly amazing. We were two couples and had complete privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and we all commented on how nice everything was. I guess my only complaint would be the king size bed in the primary suite was very very firm and it was like sleeping in a board. A memory foam topper would remedy that quickly. We may rent it again, but the king bed being hard may be a deal breaker. My husband and I were very uncomfortable in that bed. Other than that all was great.
