"Such an amazing and beautiful property! It’s situated in a quiet and cute neighborhood only a 10 minute drive into downtown Santa Barbra. The host, Natty, was incredibly responsive and attentive to making sure we were taken care of, which we appreciated. Definitely recommend! "

"This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. "This Summerland property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Quite well stocked with cookware, utensils, cups/glasses, spices and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. The entire unit was spotless. Parking was assigned and allowed easy access and exit. A/C unit worked quite well, but we hardly needed it. "The home was just as beautiful as the photos, with lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. "We stayed here for our 40th anniversary. It couldn't have been more perfect. The little patio outside with the fountain was delightful as were the rest of the grounds. "We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer!
