"A group of 7 of us went to Santa Barbara for the weekend to run a 1/2 marathon and spend Mother's Day. House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!"

"From the outside, this may look like many other beach houses, but inside, it is amazing--with great dark wood and beach decor. The backyard is a tropical paradise that my 6 year-old granddaughter LOVED. We were just a few blocks form the beach and convenient to everything. House has all you need including boogie boards and beach towels. Wish we could have stayed longer. Host Mark was VERY responsive to every question. Stay here!"

"The home was perfect for our group with six bedrooms and enough room for people to be together yet also have their own space. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Having such easy access to the beach was amazing as well. While we had a slight misunderstanding with the host regarding the guest policy, it was quickly resolved. The host was also very responsive to the minor issues we ran into during our stay. Overall a great experience and we would happily stay again!"
