"Property is wonderful. It's a family home and they take excellent care of it. Be aware there are steep stairs to second floor, but deck and bay view sunsets are worth it. Bikes and kayaks are bonus."

"Very relaxing, well appointed cottage. Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have stayed at. Enjoyed the island immensely and the locals were very friendly. Dan was very nice and very helpful."

"My husband and I visited Smith Island for the first time for a two night stay. The house is clean and adorable and the owner goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. A golf cart is all charged up for you to enjoy trips around the island. Bicycles are provided for you to ride too. ..."
