"It took half an hour to check in. There were only 3 people ahead of me and one person working on the desk to help people check in but it still took almost half an hour before I was able to check in. This is ridiculous. Lift only worked until the 4th floor. From the 4th floor we had to take the stairs to the 5th floor. Front desk didn’t tell us that the lift was out of order at the 4th floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cheap and terrible. Overall not a good experience."

"excelente hotel"

"Estuvo divertido "

"Todo correcto"

"The playground is very unsafe with the large slide almost completely disconnected from the top (all screws on left side disconnected and slide hanging off). They didn’t have any facial tissue in the room, not even an empty box. They didn’t have any cribs available for infants. This place left a lot to be desired, since we were only there for a night it was passable. The managers were kind but not terribly adept. Plus, it smelled like cigarettes by the desk and one of the rooms near it and the...

"Disgusting"

"The home was clean, the bedding was very comfortable, the view was fantastic, If watching ships interests you then this place is a must stay, what a great place to sit read by the break wall while reading a good book and watching the ships go by, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing needed to make this a 10 would have been a better cleanup on the outside the chairs and tables were unusable to me. But other than that, I had a pleasant stay"

"Very nice stay .. Great shower, master bedroom . awesome veiwing of freighters. Would love to stay again"

"We had a great time in Sault Ste Marie! The location was so wonderful. We saw 25 freighters in our time at the house. One of our favorite things was just sitting outside and watching the water. Be on the lookout for the local eagle! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!"

"Our group consisted of two couples and two littles! This place was cute and had any amenities we needed! The host provided fresh eggs and a bottle of MI wine—how sweet! The bonus living room worked well for us to hang out and leave any extra bags/toys/items out of the way separately from our rooms. The hot tub was a great touch as well!"

"The place was clean and quiet. No problems with checking in or out. My only issues were furniture was very sparse. Took a table from bedroom to put by chair. Watching TV was extremely difficult because it was mounted so high on wall. The bathroom was clean. The sink you had to be very careful not to spill water on floor as it was the tiniest sink I have seen. There was nowhere to put any toiletries in bathroom. I do think once the host has completed with remodel the place will be a very nice. I...

"Great place to stay awesome host very clean will be back to stay again."

"Room was clean and was as described. The one thing if I had to be picky is the main bathroom had no outlets and the second bedroom half the outlets didn’t work. Other than that it was cozy, clean and very quiet."

"Great host with quick and easy communication. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend."

"Very clean, quiet and totally worth it!"
