"I didn't realize the office closed at 9:00 PM and arrived shortly after that time. However, the gentleman at the office kindly stayed late to check me in. I truly appreciated his help, though I felt a bit guilty about it. I apologize! Our room was cozy and charming. We only stayed for one night, so I don't have much to say. However, we all enjoyed the room."
