"My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store...

"Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sunsuite at Fripp. Booking was easy on VRBO. I quickly received a call from Fripp Island after inquiring if I had any questions. Later they booked a golf cart for me at Island Excursions at a cheaper price than private rental! Quite seamless. They called a week prior for gate passes and sent entry codes on time. The room was ready and clean at appointed time and golf cart drop off was easy without needing to gas up again. Especially loved the club cards and pool...

"Overall everything was great. I would stay again. Very close walk to the beach and you can see it from the unit. The only complaints would be amount of parking spaces and how to make final payment. Most of the surrounding condos have assigned parking. This place doesn’t. We had to park both cars at the tennis courts which isn’t a fair walk but still a pain. Trying to unload with no parking at the unit made it hard. For final payment, there wasn’t a link to just pay like normal when using vrbo. I...

"Very well accommodated condo. The host had anticipated our every need. The complex was well kept and easy access to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and this time of year it was like having it all to ourselves. Looking forward to our next trip!"
