"Apt suite number 2 was very clean just as pictured good water pressure had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to good ac never did find the washer and dryer only bad thing was the trash and old kitchen stuff from the the from captain craigs it’s self cigarette butts and beer cans laying on the ground and walkways but other then that nice place to stay and captain craigs food is really good and fair priced "

But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! "Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 days to celebrate my son's graduation from high school. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. There was plenty of space for my husband and me and two grown kids. The pool is wonderful and we liked having the pool bar and restaurant. The pool bar food is not great, but the snacks were good as were the drinks. The small beach was nice and unique for the Keys. "We enjoyed the pool and the pickleball! The condo was nice. Smaller area for the living room and dining area but worked out just fine. We had 5 adults. It was a good location for us. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The property is very clean, however does show some wear. Nothing worse than a loose door between the bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the pool and pier. The beach is more for lounging and waiting. Pleanty of little critters to catch at lowtide. Fish and bird watching was nice by the pier and marina. "The place is just as it’s listed. Beautiful view on the back porch. Quiet area. We were able to secure a boat slip just around the corner at the Pilot House which also has a bar and grill. Very clean inside. Kitchen was equipped with necessities. Beds are very comfortable. Only fan is in the living room if you’re a fan person. I brought one just in case.
