"Overall the property was great. We had a problem accessing the unit. We should have been directed to the back door as the code would not work on the front door. We arrived at 10pm and had to walk around the house in the dark with no pathway. We eventually gained access and the rest of our stay was great."

"It was a peaceful and restful stay at the beautiful Emandare vineyard. Lots of great local attractions, a perfect stop between Nanaimo and Victoria. Only downside was that there was no dishwasher so need to hand wash the dishes if you plan to cook there. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. The wine shop is only open on Saturday but with advance planning you could reach out to the host regarding private tastings. Sad that we missed out on that. I’m sure we would have bought every...

"This is a lovely property! I would say though that it’s very compact and doesn’t have room to have a couple of friends over for a visit. for instance. A great place for just 2 people. Well appointed- just couldn’t find a can opener 🙂"

"The owners are lovely. I stayed for about 4 months, they were quiet but also attentive. For those looking for a short stay or longer, I highly recommend! If I come back to Victoria, I would definitely be staying here again. :)"

"really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful."
