The house is so spacious and clean. The furniture is thoughtful, and the decor airy. Our group had so much space to cook, to lounge by the pool, to grill, to nap, and relax. Best sunrises and sunsets. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We highly recommend and will be staying again.

This house is absolutely amazing, and the pictures don’t do it justice! Everything worked fabulously, the view is breathtaking, and the staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. We have been to Isla Mujeres four times now, and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in.

Beautiful property and communication was excellent!

This is a beautiful and very well maintained penthouse condo. We felt comfortable and loved being able to swim in both pools. Communication with host and property manager was, friendly, smooth and easy.

Pent House Living

Isla 33 PH1301 is beautiful and equipped with just about anything you may need. Each of the 4 bedrooms were their own oasis with lovely views. The kitchen ans living area huge. There were 6 adults and a one year.old. We had some issues with wifi (fixes) and a/c in the primary living space which was not resolved. Property management was very responsive and helped with the two items. Turns out the a/c union motor burned out. Fortunately the weather was quite comfortable so lack of AC was not an issue

This condo exceeded my expectations!!!

I stay on the island at least 3 times a year and this condo was the best one yet! Management responded timely and quickly. It is was clean and beautiful. I could not ask for more. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Penthouse in Great Location

This is our second time staying in the penthouse at Isla 33. It has everything one could want for spending an ideal vacation on the island, especially the private pool on the rooftop. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was because the air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived, and it wasn't fixed until the next afternoon. This made the start of our vacation quite uncomfortable.

fun family party house

We had a great stay in a beautiful place with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and island. It was very clean and spacious as well as well equipped. We enjoyed the private pool and grill on the rooftop. Konitas Cantina downstairs is a great place to eat. Staff kept us well supplied with drinking water so we didn't have to buy any. The property manager, Luis, responded promptly to any inquiries. We highly recommend Isla 33 as a place to stay in Isla Mujeres!

Fabulous Penthouse

Perfect accommodations for our group of 3 couples. Well stocked home, plenty of seating for larger groups, comfy beds and the private rooftop pool was the best! Would stay here again.

Amazing island get-away

Our group consisted of 4 couples, and this was the perfect place for us! The 4 bedrooms all had king sized beds that were SO comfortable! We all couldn’t believe how well we slept! Each also had their own bathroom, which was great. The kitchen was very impressive, and we hired Brando to cook an amazing dinner for us one night. Highly recommend him! The rooftop was a perfect place to chill out with lounge chairs, a private pool, covered bar area and bathroom. We literally had no complaints! We will recommend this to anyone we know who wants a luxurious, comfortable place in Isla!

Amazing condo

This Penthouse suite is beautiful - lots of space, loved sunrise AND sunset viewing. Plenty of seating for 8 people both inside and out. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Lots of towels, soap, toilet paper... Interior decorating was very well done. Management super responsive to requests for additional water. Highly recommend!

Great Property for Groups

This was a great property. There were several maintenance issues, but the property management was very responsive. It has a generator too! The power went out several times and this was an added benefit! Would return if some repairs were done.

Beautiful home and great location!

We loved our stay at Isla 33. It was a very spacious property with lots of outdoor space. Great location mid-island close to both South and North ends. The property management team were all wonderful and handled all our needs. Would recommend staying here for sure if traveling to Isla with couples or multi families.

Gorgeous Place

Property was very nice, clean and comfortable for all of us. The views were beautiful. Pool area very nice. Floor in the pool area is very slippery going towards the restroom when wet, two of us (adults) slipped and fell, luckily we didn't get hurt too bad. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the property. Definitely worth it.
