This place was great! Location is fabulous. Had a little issue with one of the beds but management work diligently to get it resolved so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Great Place, Great Location

Everything was top notch from start to finish. The communication was outstanding. The hotel condo was perfect for our needs. Great view and very spacious. We would stay here again.

Isla Condo on Beach

We were in Islah Harris to celebrate our friend groups 50th birthdays. This condo was great for so many reasons. It is nicely updated, has great seating and sleeping options, and best of all was its location. You are steps from the white sand beach with the crystal clear waters and a block The other direction is Hidalgo Street for amazing food and shopping. Everyone we interacted with for this rental was fantastic! Housekeeping was unbelievable.

Perfect location, nice condo

Nice, modern condo with resort amenities. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Management and cleaning service were excellent, thorough and attentive. Loved walking to the restaurants. Only one complaint- smell coming from guest bathroom toilet. We left the door closed and fan running to help alleviate the smell. if that issue can be addressed, the condo is perfect!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!!!

Can’t wait to go back!! I love the place and area. Best beach ever!! Place was clean and perfect! The two beds were hard but that’s the only bad. Other room bed was so soft! Everyone that works there are so nice! This place was a dream!

Great stay

Our family stayed in this condo for a second time. It was modern and very clean. Perfect central location, we could walk almost anywhere we needed to go. Easy to get a taxi close by if needed. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again and again!

Friends trip

Property was beautiful and just as pictured. The view of the beach was amazing. Kalak restaurant was delicious and I ate the guacamole everyday and the Kalak staff for the beach was awesome. Highly recommend this unit for your stay. Our housekeeper was great also and did a wonderful job.

Amazing place- hassle free!

Excellent long weekend on Playa Norte! Property manager was super easy to work with. Excellent service and everything was exactly as described. Recommend Isla Fun Tours as a private taxi with full found trip pick up and drop off from CUN. We will definitely stay at this property again. Ricardo, our taxi driver, took us for a “bar hopping” tour around the island. The Joint is a must see with live music. Elvis was in the building. No shortage of excellent restaurants. Isla Mujeres is a great place to visit!

Great location

Perfect location right in North Beach with plenty of restaurants, bars, stores just a few minute walk away. The beach was pretty and had chairs / umbrellas set up that we could use. The property also had a bar and restaurant you could use to order drinks by the pool or on the beach. Chema was great and answered any questions we had immediately.

Wonderful!

I hesitate to let everyone know how great this condo was, because I want to be able to book it over and over again in the future. Our group consisted of 4 adults (2 couples). The floor plan was perfect, as the beds and baths were very separate and on opposite sides of the condo allowing for maximum privacy. The location could not be better since it is located on north beach and walkable to everything. We are already planning our return.

We loved our 7 nights at this beautiful condo! Check in was smooth, our housekeeper was the best ever, and the location was perfect. You have the beach on one side with stunning views, and Hidalgo street loaded with shops and eateries on the other side. If you want to stay close to Centro, not spend all your money on accommodations, but have a killer place to stay, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Treatment of the Ixchel

This unit is owned by an owner who does not have a good relationship with the Ixchel, therefore you cannot sit on a certain side of the beach or receive any help whatsoever from the front desk with things like changing money or towels or lost wristbands. The Ixchel does not care for the guests of this condo at all which made it very awkward. Although the host of the owner was very helpful, I would not stay in this condo again due to the way the Ixchel treats guests of this condo.
