Loved the Mexican decor and location next to playa Norte and Mayan Beach Club was awesome. Grounds were beautiful. Close proximity to downtown was nice. Staff were friendly. Condo could use a few updates- shower didn’t drain and the shower head was broken.

Amazing Easter Weekend

We have been coming to Isla Mujeres for years. Always enjoy long weekends there. This is the first time not staying in a large house and renting a golf cart. Was the best decision. We had a prime spot everyday on the beach and ate breakfast at the Mayan beach Club located there on the property grounds. Was always good. The location cannot be beat, amazing beach and great restaurants all within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful place with an exceptional host!

We had an amazing stay at Nautibeach! We returned after 9 years and it did not disappoint. Isla Mujeres is a short 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun. We booked a shuttle service from the airport and they conveniently purchased the ferry tickets ahead of time for us.Nautibeach is 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and there are numerous taxis available if you prefer to be driven with your luggage.We arrived in the evening and the check-in process was simple. There is 24 hour security at the gate and the keys were in the condo. Keith responded to my inquiries immediately and the cleaning service does a wonderful job every other day (fresh towels, sheets, cleaning, etc.).The complex looks as lovely as the photos. We walked the beach everyday and ordered drinks and delicious food from the restaurant at the pool.The grocery store and local market are a short walk. The tortilla shop in the market is a must! Note: the market closes at 3pm everyday. Restaurants and shopping a 5 minute walk away.We highly recommend this place!Be sure to rent a golf cart and tour the island!

Steps from playa norte

This was a great place to stay. The people were kind the place was clean and the unit is centrally located. What more could you ask for? We were steps from playa norte and just a 5 min walk to the main walking street with all of the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo doors are not lockable when you leave. It’s almost impossible to lock from the outside. The safe inside is also very hard to use. You cannot program it like the instructions say. You must use another weird key. The food at the pool bar is overpriced and not flavorful. The walk to the condo’s looks very sketchy as well. I was not impressed. The outlet also fried my phone!

This is our happy home away from home place. Awesome location, perfect size condo in a beautiful setting. The property is always perfectly maintained with a friendly staff. We’ve been coming to isla for many years, and always stay here. We love having a kitchen to eat in, and the proximity to Hidalgo couldn’t be better. We always look forward to our next visit here!

We loved this condo. Very clean and spacious. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. We did rent a golf cart which allowed us to explore the island, highly recommended. Safe secure grounds and beautiful beach. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful time. This was our first visit to Isla Mujeres. The island is fantastic. The people, the food, and views were out of this world. The condo is in the perfect location and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy access to the best beaches and the pool was amazing. We can’t wait to return to the same condo.

Great location and unit

Cant think of a better location than Nautibeach with access to the beach directly from the pool. We enjoyed unit 10 with ground floor access , very clean with comfortable beds, good shower. Keith made booking/arrival/departure all very easy.

First time visiting Isla Muejeres and honestly we loved it. Our condo #10 was perfect! Great spot to walk to the pool/beach and also not even a block away from all the restaurants and shops! We already plan on going back to visit next year and we already want to book this condo again! The staff as well as the people are all super friendly and helpful! I would suggest renting a golf cart if you want to see the rest of the island but in my book this place was perfect to stay at with everything walking distance!

Located close to beach and pool. Very clean. Comfy beds. Close to Hidalgo street, lots of shopping and restaurants. Kitchen had almost all we needed. (Could have used a larger fry pan and dish cloths) would recommend as a great place to stay.
