This is a beautiful Villa! Very clean! We have been going to Isla for almost 20 years and have seen so many of the island changes and have rented out our timeshare to stay on Isla and this is one of the cleanest places we have stayed! The two master bedrooms are amazing and provides privacy for couples to have alone time also! The bathrooms are clean and the showers are very nice.The owner Ashley was so wonderful with getting back to me while making our trip plans, which also makes the trip non stressful! She also provided cart rentals and companies for rides to/from the airport, which we used without any issues.When we checked in, the property manager was waiting for us! That was great!The only thing that was disappoint was the pool was not heated and with a trip in March, I would recommend a heated pool. my mistake and I overlooked it when we made plans. Later in the year, the pool would be perfect, unfortunately we did not use it.

We loved our stay! Very clean, the beds were both super comfortable and that’s the second thing I look for next to cleanliness, and this place nailed both. Communication was also wonderful, any questions were answered so swiftly, and the road in front of the house was closed for repair so if that was any minor inconvenience at all, the quietness of not having traffic in front of the home more than made up for it. Another huge plus was no neighbors as close by as other homes we’ve rented on the island. All we could ever hear from time on the fanatastic balconies were waves from that gorgeous view, very, very tranquil at your location. It was inside and out, even better than the photos and also well stocked (except for the absence of a wine glass, but we made do) We would definitely book again our next trip to the island, and we all thank you so much for sharing your lovely vacation home!

We were so thrilled with our hosts quick response time, informative information and ease of access to the home and property. This home had magnificent views with a very quiet and private location, yet still close to both Punta Sur and Playa Norte. Food delivery service, golf cart delivery service and the check-in/check-out process was so easy, fast and convenient. We were met at the home by a representative that gave us a tour and made sure we had everything we needed including recommendations to some of our favorite places to dine/visit; The beach at Playa Norte, The Joint for live music and food (7 days a week), Shark beach (to hold a nine foot nurse shark) and the Mayan ruins and culture experience at Punta Sur! The mattresses and pillows were some of the most comfortable ones we have slept on EVER. Waking up to a sunrise from my pillow was so unique and special. The rooftop balcony was its own sunset aquatic dimension and the private pool provided beautiful views for sunrise coffee. Overall this was an amazing experience and we hope to come back many times in the future with recommendations to friends and family!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! What you see in the pics is what you get. It was very spacious and offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet or have dinner with family or friends. The location is perfect, on the Caribbean side in the center of the island, with a quick golf cart ride to either end depending on what you want to do. We enjoyed the privacy and having our own space. Ashley and Todd were always quick to answer our questions and very easy to work with. They do provide all the information you need to get from the airport to the island which made our visit even better. We did take advantage of the grocery delivery option Ashley and Todd offered and Stacy the house manager had everything we asked for waiting when we arrived. But, there is a well stocked grocery store on the island so if you're feeling adventurous give it a try. We went for snacks and had no trouble! The area is safe, people are friendly and fun. There is a small cantina a short walk from the house that had good food and great drinks. And the view was wonderful! You won't be disappointed with your stay Casa Paraiso!

Absolutely perfect location with gorgeous sunrises, comfortable breeze and sunset from the rooftop. Complete privacy in the pool and even the roosters behind made for an unforgettable experience. A few quirky light switches and appliances, which can be expected, but would definitely stay again!

My best friend & I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. It is in a good location & the views are absolutely beautiful! We had the property manager, Stacy, get our list of groceries so they were there on our arrival. It was wonderful having this service however, it would have been nice to communicate the items that were not gotten, so we could have picked them up on the way there. The house was basically clean, but definitely needs some TLC! The front gate does not latch/lock properly so a rock is used to hold it open/closed, numerous doors & windows locks, latches & seals are broken, leaking causing other issues. It stormed our first evening there & we lost power. There were no flashlights (thankfully I had brought one with me), we had only been there a couple hours before this so we had to hunt for a candle & finally found two. Water was leaking through the window in the front room, above the couch as well as windows on the staircase causing water to pool on the floor ( in the dark, with water on tile floor unknown to us, created a slip & fall problem, luckily no injuries occurred). The sliding door in the primary bedroom does not latch or lock so a wooden rod is used to prevent from opening. Hand soap & dish soap were provided as well as toilet paper & paper towels, bath, kitchen & pool towels were also provided. There is no body soap, shampoo or bar soap, so being your own. Basic cleaning was done, but needs a deep cleaning. Needs TLC!!

Excellent 5 days!

Great villa with a wonderful pool, view and roof top palapa for relaxing! The villa itself was lovely and cool! We spent most of our time by the pool if we were home. The street out front is a little noisy with golf cart traffic and motor bikes, but it gets quieter in the evening. It really didn’t bother us. The view and breeze takes over and you just forget about it!Ashley was an amazing host from start to finish! She was very responsive when booking and during our stay. She provided links for transportation to and from airport and ferry to the island and also for our golf cart rental. It was a seamless process from start to finish! I highly encourage you to use her links! We chose to have our groceries delivered to the villa before we arrived. Probably not a necessary thing if you have a golf cart, as the grocery store is only a 10 minute ride away. Definitely rent a golf cart! The villa is mid island, so having the cart made getting to the North beach (busy town with shops and white sand beach) and South part of the island quick, easy and FUN! Venture into the area mid island for great food and skip the crowds in North beach. We loved the south part of the island! Check out the Mayan Monkey Beach club for a great evening with dinner and drinks on the water! We would recommend this place to others!

Casa Paraíso is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, this little gem you want to come back to! The house is even better in person, and the views are just breathtaking. Everything you need is there, the beds are super comfortable, the pool was our favorite part! Ashley was the sweetest always very reactive before/during our stay, you can feel her love for the island, and it is contagious! Hopefully we’ll be back at Casa Paraíso, we loved Isla Mujeres! Thanks again for everything.

Amazing House

My husband and I have been to Isla Mujeres for about 15 years. We’ve always stayed at the same place however that place is no longer available so this was our first trip to unknown territory. I chose this two bedroom home for the location and the beautiful views. I got so much more than that. The house is perfect. The rooftop patio area is where we spent most of our days. You cannot beat the view. The house has everything that you would need to have a great stay. The host and manager were super sweet even when we locked ourselves out of the house while we were on the roof. I was very thankful I had brought my phone. I would highly recommend staying at this house with so many restaurants close by.

Best VRBO experience ever,

This was the absolute best experience we've had in more than 10 VRBO stays. The owners are incredibly communicative and helpful. And they are nice! There is a property manager who answered our questions almost instantly. With all their advice and help, getting from Cancun airport to the house was easy and well organized. Take the advice on airport transfer, taxi ride, and going cart rental! With the golf cart, we could easily get anywhere on the island. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the pool, but spent most of our days at various beaches around the island. It was the most wonderful week! Thank you so much for everything!

Great place to relax and explore

The house is lovely -- very clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, AC. Rooftop deck was great place for reading or enjoying the ocean view. You just cross the road to get to the walking path overlooking the ocean. More than anything we loved exploring the neighborhood -- eating at small restaurants owned and operated by locals; buying pastries from the local bakeries; looking at murals and colorful houses. We rented a golf cart for three days then flagged down cabs for the rest of our stay -- never took more than five minutes to get a cab; price was a bit random but much cheaper than the cost of renting a golf cart! Watching the moon rise over the ocean is really spectacular and we were there to see the red moon which was quite special.
