"The kitchen counters and living room furniture had not been wiped down. Crumbs, dust and water rings on the furniture. The contact person responded with option to have someone clean, but I had already cleaned. The accommodations were nice and super convenient location in Mt. Pleasant. Living area could use more lamp light."

"Lots of space. Good location. It’s three separate spaces, and two out of three were very clean. The two-bedroom connected to the main home was in need of a deep cleaning. It was also disappointing that the hot tub did not work. The owner was kind and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall it was a nice stay. Very private and lots of room. Good location. Easy to come and go. Paying 5k for three nights felt a little steep, but maybe that’s just Charleston summertime prices."

"The place was very clean. It was strange, though, that the unit did not have its own separate thermostat. You had to contact the owner to have the unit temperature changed. The location was very convenient to retail and restaurant establishments. The place was quaint. For the price this was a nice place. We are just used to staying in better places."

"The property was updated and spotless. The location is close to great restaurants and all that King Street has to offer. The parking spot in the adjacent church parking lot was convenient and perfect for a full sized SUV/truck. We have stayed in this area of Charleston the past 3 times we have visited and find it to be perfect."
