"IT WAS A NICE STAY HEREEE. spacious room, spacious bathroom, good water, nice pool (!75cm!!), they provide you water dispenser so you dont have to buy mineral water (also you can get cold water from the water dispenser!). big storage, a lot of place to sit, good breakfast. the breakfast experience was superb, in the morning with some lively birds around the pool. oh the welcome drink is also super refreshing! amazing experience staying here:)"

We were supposed to stay at a Royal Cottage where there was no staff to check us in when we arrived. We waited for about an hour before they arrived and told us we would be staying at their other location (Royal Retreat Villas) - (during that time, we had tried contacting them both via WhatsApp and through Hotels.com). "This is a very rustic property, our welcome drink was a warm bottle of coke, The ‘reception’ area was a table surrounded by blue tarps The manager is a lovely lady doing her best with what she is given. There is no food/bar/restaurant The pool is clean and well maintained, We moved from the first room allocated as the patio door didn’t shut and the mosquitos had a really good feed on my legs overnight. The next room was much better, even had an open air loo with a view of the neighbours"

"Lugar nuevo son 4 cabañas bonitas y funcionales, cama muy cómoda. La piscina y desayuno muy bien. El personal amable pero no hablan mucho inglés. Contratamos un tour con ellos y es mucho mas caro que contratarlo por fuera, para tener en cuenta. "

"I liked the separate bungalows right at the pool. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Located a stones throw from Mushroom Bay. Bike to hire at the property. Good food and good value."
