"Staff amazing. Breakfast included had some good points, the omelette chef deserves a medal as he’s doing so much. All the food in Bain Marie stone cold each day and bacon unable to be chewed. Such shame as staff on the floor work so hard. We did notice a senior staff member standing, over staff watching but he,didn’t lift a finger to help them. The biggest fault in the hotel is the internet. It is,almost non existent so as a business owner I can’t have a full holiday and need wifi so my day...

"We stayed 6 nights from 20th June to 26th. The snorkelling just outside the front door was amazing and food was good with a reasonable selection. The location is a relatively long drive (around 30 min) from Port Vila on roads in poor conditions for some of the drive. The staff were very friendly. One suggestion we have is to provide a blanket for the king bed as it is too warm with the doona but too cold without it for the weather. I would recommend this place for everyone. Thank you all"

"I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."
