We pre booked a 4 night stay and fully paid only to turn up for check in and the hotel was closed for renovations. We had to stay somewhere else. The owner claimed he didn’t have our booking on his system but we had confirmation etc.

Property was nice and the staff were lovely but it was a bit far away from town and transport wasn’t provided. We still enjoyed our stay.

A characteristic resort which is peaceful , good access to beach abs snorkelling . Idyllic setting , lovely bungalows . Dining area with beautiful view, food is good and the staff friendly and welcoming Everything for a tropical paradise , not a party site thank heavens Wonderful staff

Switch Off at Coco Beach

Perfect relaxation with our biggest decisions being where to swim or which tree to flop under. Beautiful location with swimming & snorkelling right in front of the resort at all tides. Simple food done well. No bells & whistles - the perfect place to escape and unwind.

The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning water views on the bay, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, and cute tropical "fare" bungalows. You have the choice of swimming in the pristine sea or in the lovely swimming pool. The staff is so dedicated to helping you have the best stay and the manager is very helpful. We'll come back.

Was nice peaceful place. Staff did excellent job. Only set back was no fruits due to cyclones . And more different types of meals are added to the menu.

Coco beach resort is a beautiful resort on stunning beachfront. Snorkelling gear, paddleboarding, kayaking all available to do free of charge. The location is quiet and safe and ideal for adults. Transfers to other destinations or sightseeing were easily arranged by the resort. Truely the staff were amazying from management to each of the reception women and friendly housekeeping. I would highly reccomend staying at coco beach resort.

We loved every minute of our stay at Coco Beach resort. The staff were just beautiful, and we felt very looked after and thoroughly spoilt. The location is just amazing. We loved the snorkeling from the beach each day with an abundance of fish and coral. The pool was sparkling clean. The breakfast was a great way to start the day right at the water's edge and the sunsets at the end of the day were stunning. At night you could hear the waves rolling in.Definitely coming back.

Beautiful location on the water in a quiet part of Port Vila -- just 20 minutes outside of town. There is a gorgeous bar/restaurant out on a pier with stunning views. The property overall was nicely laid out when it was built but needs some post-pandemic renovation. The manager is lovely and very attentive.

I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.

Coco Beach Resort is a perfect setting, albeit a little isolated. Really quiet and only the sound of the ocean to send you to sleep. Gina and Vanessa were very helpful and a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile on their faces. Easy to organise transport - water taxi, bus or taxi to take you anywhere and reasonably priced

De-stress your life at Coco Beach

Love this place. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The manager gave us rides into town on a few occasions. Clown fish family and plenty of other fish just a couple metres off shore. This is our second time, and we will be back again for sure. 5 o’clock cocktails are a must. Take a water taxi, for a great way to get into town to avoid the pot holes on the roads.

Staff were awesome. Beautiful people. We had to ask for sheets to be changed on our first night as they were dirty. Menu very limited and overpriced for what it was. Ended up eating elsewhere for most of our stay. Certainly didnt deserve the 4 star rating

Coco Beach Resort is a little bit of paradise with its clean beach, clear water, spectacular sunsets and lovely staff. The downside was cleaniness of our accommodation. The day beds bedding was dirty and torn, the fridge was disgusting and obviously hadnt been cleaned for awhile and unfortunately the food was very average with a limited menu. The owners need to spend some money on the property with some upgrades and staff training.

Peaceful, idyllic location

My husband and I decided we needed a quick break to relax and recharge. This lovely resort, away from the hustle bustle of town and in an amazing location certainly ticked the boxes. Children under 12 not allowed; THANK YOU!! Warm, friendly staff catering to our every need, nothing was too much trouble. It was still the "off season" so I understand that once the holiday season starts in earnest, care and attention of the guests may slip just a little, but I sincerely feel that it won't. I would certainly return to this pleasing, picturesque and welcoming resort with fine dining. Just what we needed.
