"Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Great common area for breakfast and coffee. Nice deck to sit out on and relax. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, night-life....."

"Very cozy!"

"Overall a great place! Very close to folly beach or Charleston!"

"The property was quiet. The amenities of the nice breakfast (always brought to room on time), availability of snacks and drinks were nice touches. The staff and property experience were top notch."

"Internet no funcionaba en la habitación. La habitación no fue ordenada y para el segundo día debimos pedir toallas. La Foto externa que presentan no sé corresponde con el interior. Ascensor para 1 sola persona. En fin, pésima experiencia. "

"Lots of space. Good location. It’s three separate spaces, and two out of three were very clean. The two-bedroom connected to the main home was in need of a deep cleaning. It was also disappointing that the hot tub did not work. The owner was kind and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall it was a nice stay. Very private and lots of room. Good location. Easy to come and go. Paying 5k for three nights felt a little steep, but maybe that’s just Charleston summertime prices."

"I loved the bed so much, I was so comfortable"

"Centrally located making it easy to go in all directions without complications. A/C works great and the ceiling fan worked well too."

"It was nice having a parking space . I would have loved a patio area to enjoy the outdoors when we came home each day . The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was well stocked"

"The accommodations were exactly what we anticipated. We had a blast!"

"The property was updated and spotless. The location is close to great restaurants and all that King Street has to offer. The parking spot in the adjacent church parking lot was convenient and perfect for a full sized SUV/truck. We have stayed in this area of Charleston the past 3 times we have visited and find it to be perfect."

"Great stay. Everything was as advertised"

"The place was very clean. It was strange, though, that the unit did not have its own separate thermostat. You had to contact the owner to have the unit temperature changed. The location was very convenient to retail and restaurant establishments. The place was quaint. For the price this was a nice place. We are just used to staying in better places."
