"Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. "

"The place was simple, clean, good heating and amenities such as fridge, coffee maker (tho only one pod for 2 nite stay. Thin walls so i could hear everything in main house but that was fine. Host was prompt in answers tho i kept getting them in spanish!? Would certainly come again. "

"My daughter and I found this upstairs unit to be spacious, private, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. There was ample street parking available even for our late arrival, and we felt safe. The host sent timely messages with clear check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to book this property again!"

I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. There was no parking available in front of the house as the host mentioned, he didn’t shovel the snow so I parked two blocks away and I was chased out of the space I parked by a resident. The room could use thicker curtains for privacy. Linens and pillow cases were unclean. Other than that it was quiet area. "
