Cruceros en Isla Hayman

"This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress....

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

"excellent attention from the owners. very good location. perfect order and cleanliness."

"Falla la limpieza asi como el ruido del exterior (la carretera esta enfrente). Me quejè de ello y se limitaron a decirme que sus clientes les dan un 99,9% de puntuacion. Debo ser el rarito. El resto muy bien. "

"Beautiful spot, accommodation good. Felt a little unwelcome because even the handwashing and detergents had Baybliss written all over them, as if we might steal them. Never had this anywhere we have stayed before. Having said that, owners were lovely and it is a beautiful place to stay."
