"The only issue that I had was the curtain inside of the room was pretty see-through, and doesn't allow for much privacy.Also, the parking situation was a little unclear, as there was some construction in the driveway. I wasn't sure if it was safe (or legal) to park on the street, especially if there is another guest in another room of this house, and they are in need of a parking space.All in all, it was a pretty good experience."

"This property is wonderful. Very close to a nice playground and a YMCA. It was clean, comfortable and any minor problems were promptly addressed.We were here for a wedding. There were two families and it was very comfortable for all. The property is well located, easy access to freeways and downtown Everett. Very quiet. On a side street with little traffic."

"Suitable for a short stay the place itself was very clean with a nice living room and dining area. The location is in the middle of no where and the property is basically an annex on someone’s land. You can see a bit of water but the sounding views weren’t exceptional. The main draw back was the beds. One squeaked so bad every time you moved a finger that we didn’t get much sleep. Needs some upgrades for sure"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this nice property with two separate bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom that includes a spacious walk-in shower and toilet with hand rails for mobility needs. It's easy for mobility challenged people to access the property from the driveway, with a no-stair entrance, although it's a somewhat steep and narrow driveway to take the car down from the road. It has a lovely tree-filled view!The fresh interior has new tile and nice looking floors. Both bathrooms...
