"Everything was clean and organized. A great shower and comfortable bed. We had peaceful nights. It is peaceful and quiet in the area. We loved this tiny house! "

"What a delightful place to spend a week in the northwest. Holly is the kindest host and her attention to detail in the apartment made our stay perfect. The apartment is comfortably furnished with all the amenities needed. Coffe bar, comfortable bed and pillows, dish network, view of the water from the porch where you feel like you are in a private treehouse. We LOVED the shower and heated bathroom floors. This may be our favorite rental ever. We will stay here again when in the northwest...

"We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. The property was clean and modern. The deck had a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Close to food. Kirkland's downtown area was about a 20 minute drive and that had a great vibe. Side note-traffic to/from downtown to here takes about an hour each way every time no matter the time of day. That was the only downside. Never have we been in such bad traffic. Now that we know this and can plan better, we would stay here again...

"Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and huge TV. Excellent communication with owner. Would recommend providing additional towels and a bath mat/towel. More places to hang up towels when wet. Also handrails for open shower. One guest has balance issues and the large shower floor was slippery when wet. Overall a great stay. Would recommend and would book again."

"I loved this location! Laurie was a great host! Quiet neighborhood and located not far from Seattle, which is what i was looking for. She let me know I had left something and I was able to go back and get it. I spent quite a bit of time outside one the little patio reading in the evening and talking with chickens!"

"This is our second stay at this property. The Spratts are amazing hosts! Isolated, perfect place to get away."

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the garden guest house. It was cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The small kitchenette had everything I needed for a quick breakfast and coffee (French Press) and the little old fashioned oven was darling. Thanks for a great stay in Silver Lake- it was perfect for a quick trip. "
