"First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly. "

"Very affordable. Kind and helpful staff. Room was perfect, the space was shut right, the pull out sofa was the perfect size for the girls and the kitchenette area was great for storing items and spreading items out for girls to choose snacks. We enjoyed the different landscapes for each of the cottages. It was comical running into an armadillo. The only negative was the parking. "We enjoyed the location. We all had such fun. Didn’t go to 3rd floor because of spiral stairs though. i am in my mid seventies and don’t do stairs well. We are booked for 2026 !!"

"This house served our purposes well for a three-generation family gathering. Large for comfortably accommodating us; convenient to beach, golf, grocery store, and other attractions, The pool was a winner for the little children."

"Perfectly located on the corner of a quiet street. Easily walked to restaurants, shops, pool, ocean. The house had all the amenities, beautiful pictures of local scenes, interesting books, games. Our family of four had the best time."

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"We loved Laurel’s place. Super convenient access to the pools and beach. Fully stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear. Plenty of different sleep options for the baby and kids. "Great communication, easy to get to and check in. The location is great!! 5 min or less drive to the beach. Looks like the complex has been doing updates and it looks great. The pool area was awesome for our family. It’s shaded with other games to play as well. It was across the street from the airport but that did not bother us at all. The air traffic was very minimal and more during the day anyways when we were down at the beach! We will definitely be coming back here for our visits with our...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends and allowed us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Great amenities on the property. We were disappointed by the hot tub being out of commission, but they did adjust pricing for this. Overall, a great home and vacation!"

Nice porch out front to relax and easy walk across a very quiet "street" (wouldn't even really call it a street) to the beach. There were people there but not crowded at all. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this Fernandina Shores condo. It’s close proximity to the beach and the well appointed condo that had everything we needed were two of the reasons that we would stay here again. It is also close to downtown Fernandina Beach and plenty of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and of course cute ice cream places. The best part is that our Cavadoodle Rusty was welcome here!
