"Llegamos y oh! sorpresa el elevador no funciona. Somos adultos mayores y ellos lo sabían, ademas de que nuestro cuarto era en el ultimo piso para tener el balcón y la vista. No entiendo porque no nos avisaron con tiempo para cambiar de planes. Lo mas triste es que ni siquiera les importó un comino. Ahi tuvimos que empezar a buscar un hotel para quedarnos, cero interés en tratar de ayudar o al menos hacer alguna recomendación de donde podríamos ir. Nos sentimos perdidos y asustados. "Very nice place. Well taken care of and clean. A short walk to the beach. The pool was great, and I'm sure the new outdoor kitchen being installed will be great! It was a bit short on storage (a dresser in only one bedroom, not too many kitchen cabinets). The only tv was in the living room. The outdoor bathroom was ok, but we didn't use it if we didn't need to. Nice decor. Everything we needed was there. Pleasant owner. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks!!"
