"The island was beautiful. The cabin was adequate Only feedback would be that a towel change in 3 days would have been nice. The air conditioner was vibrating the whole cabin at times, keeping that room awake. Main bed was uncomfortable mattress. Dining table was falling apart. Broom broke (rusted) first day. Staff were lovely in the restaurant and reception. Cabin number one. "

"Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. "

There is an unbelievable amount of thick heavy dust everywhere in the cabin and the floors also need a proper clean"

"The sliding door to the back bedroom was broken and did not lock. when discussed with management it was not completely or securely fixed. There were constant hot water shortages. Not all cycles on the washing machine worked. The single bedroom with the two single beds requires a mould review as the air conditioner needs a full mould clean as does the room. "Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (at 3:30pm), the staff were very friendly & attentive to get the room ready. The area around the whole ‘resort’, which is a term that should not be associated with this establishment is absolutely terrible… Pool area has peeling astroturf, there is unusable old equipment in the communal areas, rubbish everywhere, unsafe in every public area with broken floorboards, ‘gym’ equipment, bbq and seating area. This ‘resort’ should not be given the name...
