Josh has the guest in mind with all the details of a comfy stay, from beach towels to a binder with suggestions of things to do. He put alot of thought into taking care of his guest! What I would recommend is to get the exact address of where to enter since google/Apple Maps can take you to the wrong back gate. "Excellent house, in a prime location. Everything was well-appointed and new. Very easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The cart that is included with the house makes everything much easier and convenient. The beach accessories were a definite bonus. Highly recommend and would visit again."
