"We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

"Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the small kitchen, which was great for our needs, the beautiful pool, and the handy laundry...

"Only downside is that it's on the fourth floor with no elevator and lots of gates to get into the place. Outside of the building really felt prison chic... Bad neighborhood...?"

"La vista y la localización del apartamento es único ,fue una experiencia maravillosa y muy relajante…lo único que no me funcio fue el microondas.. del resto ,,es una lugar maravillosa para vacacionar y apreciar el mar "

"Excelente lugar, sin embargo no puedes prender el radio por que los vecinos de la parte trasera se molestan y te llaman la atención. En la propiedad encontramos cucarachas muertas. La piscina con pobre mantenimiento (llena de hojas de un flamboyan). La cama de la habitación principal; el box en mal estado creando molestias para descansar. La comunicación con el HOST muy mala. "

"Es un apartamento sencillo pero estaba bien limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. El lugar es tranquilo, la vista muy linda. Volveríamos sin pensarlo. "

"It’s the perfect apartment in the perfect location. It’s in the center of it all. The place is beautiful, clean, and walking distance from all the great restaurants. The oyster shack and the Waiter’s Gastropub are a must. The beach next to Condado Plaza Hotel (12 min walk/4 min scooter ride) is great, and the food cart there has the best pinchos. Definitely booking with Patricia again. 5 stars! "
