"Nice condo, clean. Host was awesome in being flexible about arrival/ departure times. Wish there had been an extra towel but we could wash & we brought our own extra toilet paper (which was needed with only 3 people staying). Location at middle bass is excellent with pretty view of lake and easy to get to PIB by ferry, rent gold cart to see all areas of middle bass, etc. "

"The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. "Clean rooms, nicely furnished, good location relative to downtown. I had to call to get the access codes and had some trouble deciphering them after a long trip. (The code for the inside door was presented before the outside door.) Residual odor from smoking in the unit (likely prior to renovation) was apparent for 1 of the 3 guests with a keen sense of smell. Wished there had been a Keurig for morning coffee. "
