Bring ear plugs just in case the people staying above move around a lot (we stayed on the first floor, no big deal-the noise level would in no way stop us from staying in the location again). "The house was very clean and roomy ( 2 stories with ample space on both floors). The neighborhood is very quiet and I was able to see the water from Lake Erie from the front windows. It was a great location, 15 minute drive to Kalahari Resort and 4 hours from Niagara Falls. We had a great time visiting the Bible Bee and seeing the sights with our friends. There are grocery stores, restaurants and fast food very close. If we go to that area again, I will definitely look for this house to...

"The house is old but that is a major part of its charm. It was spotless and not having to pack my own linens was the deciding factor in deciding to stay there. Ms. Chicotel was a wonderful host--couldn't ask for better. I also loved the Keurig and tea pot. There was decaf and regular coffee and in varying strenghts. Who does that?
