Apartamentos en Isla Conanicut

"This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last! Great location, and place is extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you’d need, the bed is easy to sleep on, and the vibe is great."

"The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

"What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit."

"Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working...

"Good location. Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint I really have is that breakfast is served way too late at 8:30."

"A perfect home away from home! Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We can't wait to visit again!"

"The property was in a wonderfully quiet and beautifully wooded neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay !"

"I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night. In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found...

"I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I noticed the apartment smelled like very strong cooking smells. Particularly curry. Even though there were renovations done this apartment was not up to standards. There are no knobs on any of the kitchen cupboards, which makes them very hard to open. The bed squeaked so badly while I was sleeping It woke me up every time I rolled over. The pillows are 1 inch thick and flat. The bathtub was appalling. The floor of the bath bathtub was covered with a...

"The price was higher because of the 4th of July and it was the 250th anniversary- plus Bristol has the longest continuous celebration in the country. The kitchen is well stocked with a good selection of cook wear, coffee pots, toaster, microwave, etc. When we ran out of paper products, Karen resupplied us quickly. Karen answered my questions in a timely manner."

"Property was great, exactly as advertised!"

"Easy access and enjoyable space to relax during a busy wedding weekend"

"The cleanliness of the unit left a lot to be desired. Also during the stay my guest and I woke up to ants in the kitchen and near the entry of the living room. I foolishly only asked for a small refund instead of a full one."

"Great communication with the host! Everything was super clean and there are some great quality upgrades and items, very happy!"

"great location! clean space!"

"Great location and super helpful and communicative hosts. Excellent option for two couples or a family for a stay in Newport. Would 100% return."
