"Todo excelente. Solo que al llegar nos dieron habitación doble de cama separadas, habíamos reservado especialmente con misma cama. Le explixamos que era nuestra honeymoon y dijo que no tenia habíatacion a donde pasarnos (y se veían al menos 3 de cama doble disponibles libres) no entendemos porque no nos las ofrecieron! Ya que si bien juntamos las camas, no era lo que reservamos. El hotel es hermoso y el personal super super amable y el desayuno riquisimo!"

"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"The cleaning staff were friendly and overall we liked the atmosphere of the place with the pool. WiFi was terrible, it didn’t work most of the time. Not ideal for working nomads. The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. We cut our stay short because the Indonesian girl above our room was very inconsiderate; being rowdy and moving furniture with her friends at 3AM in the morning. Not...
