"My family of 6 and two pets stayed here for a week during the 4th of July holiday. The place was very clean and well equipped. While technically the house is in Middleton, were approx 1.5 miles away from both Eastons and Second Beach and also 10-15 minutes from downtown Newport, the Mansions, Fort Adams...etc.. The only negative I would give is that you are on a busy road so we always kept our dogs on a leash while outside. However, the backyard has plenty of space to run around and hang...

"We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."
