"The staff was super friendly and that is why the rating is high. It’s an old place , clean for what it is inside the room. No windows, bathroom + toilet combined. As a solo traveller it was acceptable for what you’re paying. If not for the staff who was always trying to please it would have been 2 stars - 1 stars based on just the facilities. If you want to just crash, not worry about creepy crawlers, bare bones. Try them out."

"1. Got to the hostel around 3:30 pm on arrival date, but had to wait for them to Start make up room. At first they asked me to get the twin-bed room and move to king-bed room the next day. I said no as I obviously booked double-bed room which means 1 big bed, plus I traveled by my own, so there is no reason for me to stay in twin-bed room. "Great location. Close to transit and waterfront. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is on the 14th floor. Room was good for the price. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and secure. Staff were wonderful and we were able to store our luggage after checkout."
