"We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. "

After my wife took a shower she said "That was the best shower ever, my hair is so clean" The owner was great, can't say enough what a treasure it is. "

"Very clean and well stocked home. Super quick access to beach and lots of options for beach gear. Beach was clean and quiet, lots to walk to locally for great local food option for a quick lunch. Very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. "

"Felt the need for a fall weekend getaway from the LA area. Had a wonderful time ulrelaxing in the house, walkimg the neighborhood and beach. There was a cute farmers market we visited. The house also had games and beach equipment in great condition that we took advantage of as well. Will definitely plan to repeat in future stays in the area."
