"Spacious house; great location"

"We had the best time in Fernandina Beach and most of that was due to picking this property to stay in! I have never stayed in a cleaner or more well-appointed home! The only thing we needed for the week that the house did not have was a Keurig (which I asked about before we went down and took my own.) They even offered extra beach towels should we have needed them! Easy access to the beach, though I did forget that you can drive on the beach in Florida which was a culture shock for me the first...

"The set up was very nice with a master downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. It was easy access to places Jenny was super helpful and responsive and even left a bottle of wine for my 60th birthday. We definitely stay there again."

"Great beach home getaway. Across street from beach. About a block or so from public beach access walkways. Also within walking distance from a few restaurants, surf shop, putt putt, and even Fort Clinch State Park for a hike. Heated pool hot tub are great. Back patio was also nice for hanging out. Looks like there’d be ample shade for summer heat. Outdoor kitchen was under construction, but that would make for a really nice outdoor hangout and pool scene when it’s complete. Nice kitchen....

"When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up.
